About The Position
Chick-fil-A Huber Heights/Benchwood is seeking a motivated Kitchen Shift Leader (Leader Support) for a hands-on leadership role. The position is intended as an entry point to a long-term leadership career, with the opportunity to learn from experienced leaders and lead a high-performing kitchen in a multi-million-dollar restaurant. Team members who demonstrate initiative, ownership, and leadership may have opportunities to advance into Assistant Director, Director, and Senior Director roles. The organization emphasizes developing leaders from within, serving the community, and pursuing operational excellence.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen shifts while maintaining food quality, accuracy, and speed of service.
- Coach, encourage, and develop Kitchen Team Members.
- Help build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
- Learn kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety systems.
- Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with leadership to develop future leaders and strengthen the kitchen team.
