About The Position
Chick-fil-A Huber Heights/Benchwood is seeking a motivated Kitchen Shift Leader (Leader Support) to join its leadership team. This hands-on leadership role is intended as the first step toward a long-term leadership career. The person in this role will work alongside experienced leaders and learn to lead a high-performing kitchen in a multi-million dollar restaurant. Demonstrating initiative, ownership, and leadership can create opportunities to advance into Assistant Director, Director, and Senior Director roles.

Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen shifts while maintaining food quality, accuracy, and speed of service.
- Coach, encourage, and develop Kitchen Team Members.
- Help build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
- Learn kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety systems.
- Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with leadership to develop future leaders and strengthen the kitchen team.
