Milwaukee Burger Company is hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead a scratch kitchen and build an incredible team. Requirements

• 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for scratch cooking, quality, and guest satisfaction
• Experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, and scheduling
• Ability to recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent
• Hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump on the line
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily kitchen operations with a focus on food quality, safety, and consistency
• Coach, train, schedule, and develop Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers
• Lead by example by working alongside your team during service
• Maintain food, labor, and operating costs while achieving financial goals
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and product rotation
• Ensure recipe execution, portion control, presentation, and ticket times
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and health department standards
• Build a positive, accountable culture centered around teamwork and growth
