About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the La Crosse, Wisconsin market, including La Crosse, Onalaska, Holmen, and surrounding communities. Placement may be throughout the market, based on business needs and available opportunities. Trainees start learning the business from a neighborhood branch and serve customers and partners while developing operational expertise. The structured, hands-on program provides training, guidance, mentoring, and support, with the goal of preparing trainees to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $51,300, based on an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor's degree or be within two semesters of graduating with a bachelor's degree.
• Have at least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, and/or management or leadership. Qualifying experience may also include collegiate or professional athletics, or leadership in military, community, social, or academic organizations.
• Have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• Have no drug- or alcohol-related driving conviction, such as DUI or DWI, within the past three years.
• Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
