About The Position
The Kitchen Assistant/Dishwasher washes dishes and assists kitchen staff with food preparation in a made-to-order dining environment featuring seasonal and regional menus. The role also supports clean, orderly dining room wait stations and buffet service. The position offers no late-night work.
Responsibilities
- Clean dishes according to procedures.
- Help keep dining room wait station areas and equipment clean and orderly.
- Set up the buffet.
- Maintain clean, ample supplies of dishes, flatware, glasses, cups, and folded napkins.
- Assist with food preparation.
