About The Position

Serve residents and guests in the community’s fine-dining in-house restaurant. The restaurant offers made-to-order meals featuring fresh ingredients, fine china, and seasonal and regional menus with signature dishes and daily specials. The position is for breakfast shifts starting at 6:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, with no late nights. Training is provided.

Requirements

• Maintain required food-handler certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions about food and service.
• Stay knowledgeable about posted daily specials.
• Write food orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve courses from the kitchen and service bars.
• Clear and reset counters or tables at the conclusion of each course.
• Help keep dining tables and chairs, floors, linens, and serving stations clean, bussed, and stocked.
• Maintain required food-handler certifications.
