About The Position

The Kids For All Seasons Attendant creates a safe, engaging, and memorable environment for children participating in the resort’s program. Through thoughtful care, creative activities, and genuine hospitality, the attendant helps children feel welcomed and cared for while giving parents peace of mind. The role is based at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico, a beachfront resort in Bahia Beach surrounded by a private nature reserve.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for working with children and creating positive, memorable experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact confidently and professionally with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A fun, creative, patient, and energetic personality, with the ability to engage children of different ages and interests.
• A strong sense of responsibility and attentiveness to children’s safety, well-being, and individual needs.
• Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solution-oriented in a dynamic hospitality environment.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, according to business needs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in childcare, recreation, education, or a similar role is preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, or relevant childcare certifications are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for children in the Kids For All Seasons program, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity, learning, and social interaction.
• Create memorable experiences through games, arts and crafts, outdoor recreation, and other interactive activities.
• Welcome children and families warmly and provide personalized attention in accordance with Four Seasons service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, ensuring toys, equipment, and activity areas meet safety and hygiene standards.
• Communicate with parents and guardians about children’s needs, participation, and relevant concerns.
• Follow childcare procedures, safety protocols, and emergency response guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the children’s program and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
