About The Position

Cumberland Kia is seeking an experienced Main Shop Technician to join its growing service team immediately. The role is in a fast-paced, high-performing, high-volume shop with consistent work. The technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain Kia vehicles while completing work efficiently and meeting high quality standards. The position involves communicating with service advisors and team members, keeping current with Kia systems, processes, and certifications, and contributing to a positive, team-focused shop environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a technician.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume shop.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

• ASE certifications and/or Kia certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
