About The Position

UNTUCKit is seeking a part-time Keyholder for its store in Coral Gables, Florida. The role is suited to someone with prior management experience and a solid working knowledge of retail store operations. The Keyholder is expected to understand UNTUCKit products and provide exceptional customer service while motivating and supporting associates in a cohesive, engaging work environment. The position includes helping customers find products, maintaining the sales floor and stock room, and opening and closing the store. The Keyholder also supports training, daily team activities, and brand decisions by sharing customer feedback and observations. Scheduling may vary, and retail hours may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Sales Associate.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency with Apple products, G Suite, and omnichannel POS systems.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service focus.
Ability to work in the store alone.
Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school degree.

Nice To Haves

Prior management experience.
A BA/BS degree.
