About The Position

UNTUCKit is seeking a part-time Keyholder for its Merrick Park store in Coral Gables, Florida. The role calls for prior management experience, knowledge of retail store operations, and the ability to motivate others. The Keyholder should know UNTUCKit’s products and values and provide exceptional customer service. Hours may vary, and the schedule may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday retail hours.

Requirements

Prior management experience.
Working knowledge of a retail store environment.
Proven work experience as a Sales Associate.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency with Apple products, G Suite, and omnichannel POS systems.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service focus.
Ability to work in the store alone.
Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school degree.

Open and close the store.
Remain knowledgeable about products and discuss available options with customers.
Cross-sell products.

Contribute to brand decisions by sharing customer feedback and observations.
