About The Position
The Key Holder position is an entry into management. It involves keyholder responsibilities while driving personal sales goals. The Key Holder shares responsibility with management and a sales lead while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge all customers.
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service throughout the store.
- Meet or exceed sales goals set by management.
- Maintain an accurate, efficient, and effective client book.
- Assist the sales team with selling and clienteling.
- Assist with execution of floor sets.
- Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards daily according to company standards.
- Maintain proper fixture placement, lighting, and floor plan changes.
- Ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor and adjust placement as sell-through dictates.
- Work with management to maximize sales by ensuring an efficient and customer-friendly store.
- Oversee the store in management’s absence.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures while on shift and report compliance issues to management.
- Assist managers with opening and closing procedures.
- Keep offices, workspaces, and cash wraps stocked with supplies.
- Assist with inventories and other asset protection needs.
