About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to provide an outstanding customer experience and contribute to individual and team sales goals. The role involves engaging customers to understand their needs and objections, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, and offering extended service plans and financing options. Key Sales Associates work with the sales team to serve customers and may assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and other skills to support career development and advancement. The posting lists base pay of $16.90–$19.00 plus sales commission; final pay is determined based on experience and qualifications.
