About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help deliver a superior customer experience and meet individual and team sales goals. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and offering extended service plans and financing options. Key Sales Associates work with the sales team and may assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development. Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
