About The Position

The Key Leader supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading the sales team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales goals, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role oversees store opening and closing duties and may step up as manager on duty. The Key Leader motivates and develops team members through constructive feedback and training, and helps create memorable in-store experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the retail industry.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire associates to achieve their goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Great sense of style.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service while supporting team members’ career development.
• Perform operational duties, including opening and closing registers, visual merchandising execution, inventory management, and light housekeeping.
• Build brand loyalty and awareness through memorable in-store experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrate commitment to the company’s Values, Business style, People Leadership principles, and Customer First approach.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager and take on manager-on-duty responsibilities as needed.
• Oversee store opening and closing duties.
• Motivate and develop team members through constructive feedback and training.
