About The Position

The Key Leader supports store leadership with daily operations and helps ensure a strong guest experience on the sales floor. The role acts as manager-on-duty when needed, supports team performance, and helps drive sales while maintaining brand and operational standards. The Key Leader works in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment and has an opportunity to grow within retail leadership.

Requirements

Retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong passion for guest experience and sales.
Ability to support and guide team members.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Clear communication and ability to manage priorities.
Solutions-oriented mindset and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high-level guest experience through product knowledge and customization support.
Actively sell on the floor and support the team in achieving daily sales goals.
Drive KPIs including conversion, average order value (AOV), and units per transaction.
Greet and engage every guest, introducing the brand and product offering.
Handle guest concerns professionally and with a solutions-oriented approach.
Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
Restock inventory and keep the sales floor organized.
Assist with receiving, processing, and stock management.
Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house environment.
Support clienteling efforts to build and maintain guest relationships.
Assist with events, trunk shows, and community outreach initiatives.
Provide direction and support to team members during shifts.
Open and close the store and act as manager-on-duty in the absence of leadership.
