About The Position

The Key Leader supports store leadership in daily operations and ensures a strong guest experience on the sales floor. The role acts as manager-on-duty when needed, supports team performance, and helps drive sales while maintaining brand and operational standards. The position is based in Tampa. The schedule may change based on business needs and events. The posting describes both part-time positions at 20–24 hours per week and full-time positions at 32–40 hours per week; it does not specify which applies to this opening. Requirements

Retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong passion for guest experience and sales.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high-level guest experience through product knowledge and customization support.
Actively sell on the floor and support the team in achieving daily sales goals.
Drive KPIs including conversion, AOV, and units per transaction.
Greet and engage every guest, introducing the brand and product offering.
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
Restock inventory and maintain an organized sales floor.
Assist with inventory tasks including receiving, processing, and stock management.
Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house environment.
Support clienteling efforts to build and maintain guest relationships.
Assist with events, trunk shows, and community outreach initiatives.
Provide direction and support to team members during shifts.
Open and close the store and act as manager-on-duty in the absence of leadership.
