About The Position

The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and is responsible for ensuring customers receive a quality in-store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead guides and coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates, helps ensure effective store operations, and drives store performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement. The schedule varies weekly, with an expectation of at least 12–16 hours per week. Availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays is required. Hours increase during peak timeframes to support business needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

One year of retail experience preferred.
Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
Retail supervisory or management experience is not required.

Responsibilities

Perform opening and closing routines.
Operate register and point-of-sale systems.
Fulfill omnichannel orders.
Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
Build and maintain visual displays.
Analyze reporting to inform decision-making.
Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
Act as Floor Supervisor and guide and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
Help ensure store operations run effectively and drive customer experience and daily sales performance.
