About The Position

The Key Lead ensures customers receive a quality in-store experience by serving as the Floor Supervisor and guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates so store operations run effectively. As part of the store leadership team, the Key Lead helps drive store performance through customer experience and the team’s achievement of daily sales. The schedule varies weekly, with at least 12–16 hours expected per week. Saturday and Sunday availability is required, as is availability on certain holidays. Hours increase during peak periods to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems.
• Fulfill omnichannel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision-making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
• Provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
