About The Position

The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and is responsible for delivering a quality in-store customer experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead guides and coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates, supports effective store operations, and drives store performance through customer experience and the team’s achievement of daily sales. The schedule varies weekly, with at least 12–16 hours expected. Weekend availability on Saturdays and Sundays and availability on certain holidays are required. Hours increase during peak periods to support business needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

One year of retail experience preferred.
Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
Retail supervisory or management experience is not required.

Responsibilities

Perform opening and closing routines.
Operate register and point-of-sale systems.
Fulfill omnichannel orders.
Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
Build and maintain visual displays.
Analyze reporting to inform decision-making.
Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
Act as Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
Support effective store operations and drive customer experience and daily sales performance.
