About The Position

The Normal Brand is hiring a seasonal, part-time Key Holder for its brick-and-mortar retail store in Denver. The company sells clothing and accessories online and in more than 600 stores across the United States. The store aims to provide a clean, enjoyable, and fun customer experience. This role supports store leadership and the team in delivering excellent customer service and revenue, maintaining merchandising and store standards, and securing the store. The position may move into a permanent role. It is paid hourly and bi-weekly at $19.29–$19.50 per hour, with monthly bonus opportunities of $320–$960 and an employee discount.

Requirements

At least 2 years of retail management experience.

Proficiency with Shopify and Shopify POS.

Responsibilities

Inspire and lead the team to deliver an excellent customer experience and generate revenue.
Facilitate retail sales and use suggestive selling to maximize revenue.
Monitor sell-through on the sales floor and replenish merchandise as needed.
Maintain a clean store and merchandise according to Normal standards.
Educate and train the team on product knowledge.
Support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager on initiatives.
Promote a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
Communicate respectfully.
Secure the store.
