About The Position

The Key Holder promotes store sales through suggestive selling, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service. The position also supports inventory management, housekeeping, and the execution of merchandising strategies. The role involves operating the POS system, handling cash, maintaining product and sanitation standards, and helping foster the brand’s image and reputation.

Requirements

Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.

Responsibilities

Drive store sales by following sales guidelines and procedures, including sampling and enthusiastically selling products while providing exceptional customer service.
Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about changes in the product assortment.
Assist with floor sets, pricing, signage, promotional activities, and other merchandising strategies according to company directives.
Participate in managing store inventory and expense items, including minimizing product waste.
Follow established policies, practices, and procedures for quality, sanitation, and safety; comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and maintain a safe work environment.
Foster the brand image and reputation through impeccable personal presentation and attitude.
Ring customer transactions using the POS system, actively sell add-ons at the cash wrap, and follow excellent selling procedures.
Follow proper cash-handling procedures.
Follow dress-code and sanitation procedures, including hand washing.
Pursue community Business to Business sales opportunities according to established procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
