About The Position

The Normal Brand is hiring a seasonal, part-time Key Holder for its retail store in Denver. The company sells clothing and accessories online and in more than 600 US stores. The role helps create a clean, enjoyable, and fun store environment while supporting customer experience, sales, team development, and store operations. The position may move into a permanent role.

Requirements

At least 2 years of retail management experience.
Eager to learn through feedback and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Hard-working, a team player, and goal-oriented.
Approachable and friendly.
Positive attitude.
Maintain inventory integrity.
Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays from November 20 through January 3.

Responsibilities

Inspire and lead the team to deliver an excellent customer experience and generate revenue.
Facilitate retail sales and use suggestive selling to maximize revenue.
Monitor sell-through on the sales floor and replenish merchandise as needed.
Maintain a clean store and merchandise according to Normal standards.
Educate and train the team on product knowledge.
Support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager with initiatives.
Promote a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
Communicate respectfully and contribute to a respectful environment.
Secure the store.
