About The Position

The specialized advisor supports the management team by demonstrating strong sales behaviors and leadership on the floor, fostering a positive work environment, and carrying out processes and operational goals in accordance with company standards and policies. The role assists floor staff in motivating the team to exceed sales targets and engages and inspires customers by delivering an uncompromised customer experience. The position is a part-time key holder.

Requirements

At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong sales experience and a proven ability to achieve top results in individual sales performance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with others.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer use and experience with cash registers.
Ability to stand most of the time or move around on the sales floor or in the warehouse.
Bilingual ability.
Ability to move merchandise and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand, demonstrate brand knowledge, and stay current on products.
Build strong customer connections and maintain positive interactions.
Uphold and carry out the company’s customer service initiatives.
Assist with merchandise processing and restocking, and monitor in-store inventory.
Assist with floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and keeping the floor and warehouse clean.
Organize the warehouse and maintain labeling, logical placement, organization, and cleanliness.
Lead store opening and closing procedures when management is not present.
Perform other tasks assigned by a member of the management team.
