About The Position

A Key Holder contributes to creating a customer-centric environment by supporting the store leadership team in service, selling, and daily processes. The role requires expertise in operating procedures and contributes mentorship to the associate team.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the leadership team to cultivate genuine customer connection and ensure customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Drive sales and store metrics using key performance indicators to set team and zoning goals.
Use technology to deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience by executing omni services.
Help manage the store environment and customer experience by maintaining an energized pace, positive team atmosphere, and daily zones.
Use decision-making skills to solve problems and enhance customers’ experiences.
Support associate training, including new-hire onboarding.
Support daily operating processes, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining store standards, restocking products, and helping with facilities or IT issues.
Collaborate with key partners on shipment and omni fulfillment; support visual standards, product stock levels, and markdowns.
Help store leadership maintain standards and cleanliness, and stay current on monthly visual messaging and concept updates.
Contribute to an inclusive work environment by listening actively and seeking different perspectives.
Check in with leadership to support communication and teamwork on store objectives, and respond openly to feedback.
Share customer and employee experience insights with the Store Manager.
Support positive team morale through brand and store initiatives, including the SPARKED Journal, employee recognition, and team-building activities.
