About The Position
The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. The role uses coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example and model behaviors that help the sales team deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while meeting sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder uses retail and cash-handling experience for start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and is responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This role is presented as an opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with retail experience seeking an initial supervisory position and a path toward a career in prestige beauty.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.
