About The Position
As a Senior Retail Team Member, you help set the pace and the standard every shift. You spot what the store needs before anyone asks, from filling stock to actioning store priorities, and you make smart calls that lift the customer experience and support strong results. You take on key holder responsibilities with confidence, helping open or close the store safely and keeping everything running smoothly.
