About The Position

Cotton On is hiring a part-time Key Holder for its Fashion Square location. The role supports store management by opening and closing the store, leading the team, delivering customer service, and helping maintain sales, stock, merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and loss-prevention standards. Key Holders are expected to work collaboratively, communicate respectfully, motivate others, and train and mentor new associates as needed. The position requires a flexible schedule that may include evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. This is a part-time hourly paid position in California, with a wage range of $19.78–$22.78 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of retail leadership or management experience, including opportunities to lead aspects of the business and develop team members.
• Experience in retail.
• Ability to collaborate to drive results as a team.
• Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and store service delivery.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform to complete required tasks.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
