About The Position

Cotton On is hiring a part-time Key Holder at its Flatiron Crossing store. The role is part of the store’s management team and involves leading store operations, supporting team members, and delivering customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The Key Holder opens and closes the store according to company policies, helps maintain store standards, supports sales and inventory activities, and contributes to a respectful and collaborative team culture.

The position is hourly paid, with a wage range of $18.50–$21.50 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of retail sales experience, and at least one year of acting retail leadership or management experience.

Requirements

• Experience in retail; fast-fashion experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as a team.
• Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and store service delivery.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of retail sales experience.
• At least one year of acting retail leadership or management experience that included leading aspects of the business and developing team members.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat or kneel.
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform to complete required tasks.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
