About The Position

Cotton On is hiring a part-time Key Holder at its Grand Teton Mall store. The Key Holder is part of store management and helps lead the team while delivering customer service, supporting daily store operations, and maintaining company standards. The role involves opening and closing the store, processing sales, assisting with inventory and merchandising, and supporting loss prevention. The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with regular physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds and using ladders or step stools.

Requirements

• Experience in retail; fast-fashion experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as part of a team.
• Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and service delivery in stores.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of acting retail leadership or management experience involving leading aspects of the business and developing team members.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat or kneel.
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform to complete required tasks.
