About The Position

The Key Holder supports store management by opening and closing the store in accordance with company policies and procedures, helping lead the store team, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also supports sales transactions, inventory control, restocking, merchandising, store cleanliness and safety, and loss prevention. Key Holders interact professionally and respectfully with customers and team members, help train and mentor new associates, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead the store team as part of management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory control, restocking, and merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
