About The Position
Cotton On is hiring a full-time Key Holder at its Mall of Louisiana store. The role is part of store management and involves opening and closing the store, leading the team, delivering customer service, processing sales, supporting inventory and merchandising, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness. The Key Holder also supports loss prevention, trains and mentors new associates as needed, and helps create a professional, respectful, collaborative, and motivating environment for customers and team members. The role requires moving around the store throughout the workday, regularly handling items weighing up to 50 pounds, squatting or kneeling, and safely using a ladder, step stool, or raised platform. Requirements
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to regularly squat or kneel.
- Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead the store team as part of management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory control, restocking, and merchandising.
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
- Support loss prevention efforts and report unusual activity.

- Train and mentor new associates as needed.
