About The Position
The Estée Lauder Companies is hiring a part-time Key Holder for Aveda at Boise Towne Square in Boise, Idaho, for 25 hours per week. The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The role uses coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example and model behaviors that help the sales team provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service and meet sales and service targets. The position also performs opening and closing duties on a rotating basis and completes essential start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation. Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of their right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
