About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create memorable client experiences. You will contribute to branch success by building trusted client relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. The role is for 20 hours at the Boise Towne Square Branch in Boise, Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Partner with branch team members to deliver seamless service and help clients.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
