About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by delivering welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals.

The role includes welcoming clients to the branch, managing lobby traffic and appointments, servicing accounts, opening accounts, assisting with everyday banking transactions, and helping clients use digital and self-service banking options. You may also perform branch operations, including managing cash devices, while following bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide attentive, friendly service; manage lobby traffic using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing the cash vault, ATM, or other cash devices in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
