About The Position

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder for Aveda at Boise Towne Square in Boise, Idaho. The role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The Key Holder leads by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and meet sales and service targets. The position also involves cash reconciliation and responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rotating basis. Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store.
• Coach and mentor the sales team, modeling behaviors that support customer service and sales targets.
• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Carry out start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
