Reclectic Key Holder - Part-Time
About The Position
Reclectic is hiring a part-time Key Holder for its new Opry Mills location in Nashville, Tennessee. The Key Holder supports the store leadership team in creating a customer-centric environment through excellent service, daily store objectives, consistent product flow, and team leadership to achieve store goals. The role contributes to customer experience and sales, helps lead the store environment and team, supports visual standards and business operations, and works with leadership and associates to complete store objectives. The position requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and comfort using a ladder and lifting and pushing more than 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Initiate conversations with customers and inform them of current promotions.
- Connect with multiple customers, share product information and pricing, and contribute to a selling environment.
- Provide a seamless shopping experience by understanding products and pricing strategy and using technology.
- Support in-store pickup, including loading furniture into customers’ vehicles.
- Manage and adjust the daily zone chart, drive sales, and maximize productivity across store areas.
- Use decision-making skills to improve each customer’s experience.
- Provide timely, specific employee feedback and share associate performance insights with the leadership team.
- Maintain store standards and cleanliness by supporting daily tasks and collaborating with key partners to receive and place new products.
- Support opening and closing procedures and ensure pricing and promotions are accurately executed and signed.
- Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, reduce product loss, and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Participate in daily meetings and take initiative in teaching and sharing product knowledge.
- Communicate with leadership and coordinate with the team to complete store objectives.
- Assist associates with growth and problem-solving, and support new-hire orientation and zone development.
