About The Position

Reclectic is hiring a part-time Key Holder for its new location at Opry Mills in Nashville, Tennessee. The Key Holder contributes to a customer-centric store environment by supporting the store leadership team with excellent customer service, daily store objectives, consistent product flow, and team performance. The role involves customer engagement and sales, leading the store environment, supporting store operations, and helping associates develop. The starting pay is USD $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to set clear objectives and follow through.
• Comfort working on a ladder.
• Ability to lift and push more than 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations with customers as they enter the store and inform them about current promotions.
• Connect with multiple customers, share product information and pricing, and contribute to a selling environment.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience through product knowledge, pricing strategy, and use of technology.
• Support in-store pickup, including loading furniture into customers’ vehicles.
• Manage and adjust the daily zone chart, drive sales, and maximize productivity throughout store areas.
• Use decision-making skills as an elevated team member to enhance customer experiences.
• Provide timely, specific employee feedback and share insight on associate performance with the leadership team.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness by supporting daily tasks, and collaborate with key partners to receive and place new product.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures and ensure product pricing and promotions are executed and signed accurately.
• Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, reduce product loss, and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Participate in daily meetings and take initiative in teaching and sharing product knowledge.
• Check in with leadership to maintain communication and teamwork on store objectives.
• Assist associates with their growth and problem solving, and support new-hire orientation and zone development.
