About The Position

Reclectic is opening a new location at Opry Mills in Nashville, Tennessee, and is seeking a full-time Key Holder. The Key Holder contributes to a customer-centric store environment by supporting the store leadership team with customer service, daily store objectives, product flow, and team performance. The role includes leading the store environment and customer experience, supporting store operations, and helping associates develop and solve problems.

Requirements

• Leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to set clear objectives and follow through.
• Comfort working on a ladder.
• Ability to lift and push more than 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations with customers and inform them of current promotions.
• Connect with multiple customers, share product information and pricing, and contribute to a selling environment.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience through product knowledge, understanding pricing strategy, and using technology.
• Support in-store pickup, including loading furniture into customers’ vehicles.
• Manage and adjust the daily zone chart, drive sales, and maximize productivity across store areas.
• Exercise decision-making to enhance the customer experience.
• Give employees timely, specific feedback and share associate performance insights with the leadership team.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness, and collaborate with partners to receive and place new products.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures and ensure product pricing and promotions are executed and signed accurately.
• Follow safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, reduce product loss, and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Participate in daily meetings and take initiative in teaching and sharing product knowledge.
• Communicate with leadership and work with the team to complete store objectives.
• Assist associates with growth and problem solving, and support new-hire orientation and zone development.
