About The Position

Reclectic is hiring a full-time Key Holder for its new location at Opry Mills in Nashville, Tennessee. The Key Holder supports the store leadership team in creating a customer-centric environment through excellent service, daily store objectives, consistent product flow, and team leadership. The role contributes to store goals by supporting customer experience, team management, visual standards, and business operations.

Requirements

Leadership experience.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to set clear objectives and follow through.
Comfort working on a ladder.
Ability to lift and push more than 50 pounds.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

Initiate conversations with customers and inform them of current promotions.
Connect with multiple customers, sharing product information and pricing to support sales.
Provide a seamless shopping experience through product and pricing knowledge and effective use of technology.
Support in-store pickup, including loading furniture into customers’ vehicles.
Manage and adjust the daily zone chart, drive sales, and maximize productivity across store areas.
Use decision-making skills to improve the customer experience.
Provide timely, specific employee feedback and share associate performance insights with leadership.
Maintain store standards and cleanliness, complete daily tasks, and collaborate with partners to receive and place new product.
Support opening and closing procedures and ensure pricing and promotions are accurately executed and signed.
Follow safety standards and procedures, maintain inventory accuracy, reduce product loss, and uphold company policies.
Participate in daily meetings and take initiative in teaching and sharing product knowledge.
Communicate with leadership about progress toward store objectives.
Assist associates with growth and problem solving, and support new-hire orientation and zone development.
