About The Position

A Key Holder collaborates with the management team in supervising store operations and creating an engaging, inspiring environment for customers and team members. The role includes driving sales, building awareness of key metrics, and contributing to the development of others. The Key Holder acts as a brand ambassador, supports store leadership, helps deliver personalized customer service, and contributes to store events, team leadership, visual standards, and business operations.

Requirements

Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand.

Responsibilities

Act as a brand ambassador and partner with store leadership to create an engaging experience for FP Movement customers.
Create selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience and encourage personalized service, product recommendations, and customer relationships.
Promote FP Movement events and support their execution with fitness and wellness partners.
Use technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and special offers.
Help manage the store environment and customer experience, including team energy, daily zone management, and sales.
Teach and share product knowledge, brand messaging, and practices for exceptional customer interactions, using available company resources.
Support daily office procedures, store operations, and store maintenance.
Collaborate on shipment processing, restocking, product placement, and timely and accurate omnichannel order processing while maintaining visual and display standards.
Follow safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, help reduce product loss, and uphold company policies and procedures.
Support an inclusive, people-first environment and encourage open dialogue and follow-through with employees.
Stay current on communications, share information with the team, and participate in daily meetings and chat-ins.
Remain open to feedback, develop new skills, and contribute optimism, positivity, and proactive problem-solving.
Guide and develop the Stylist team and take responsibility for personal development and professional growth.
