About The Position

A Key Holder collaborates with the management team to supervise store operations and help lead an engaging, inspiring environment for customers and the team. The role supports sales, builds awareness of key metrics, and contributes to developing others. The Key Holder acts as a brand ambassador, helps create personalized customer experiences, supports store events, assists with team leadership and daily operations, and upholds FP Movement’s visual, safety, inventory, and company standards.

Requirements

Passion for FP Movement and/or a connection to the local fitness community.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand.

Responsibilities

Represent the FP Movement brand and company values, and partner with store leadership to create an engaging experience for customers.
Create selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience and encourage personalized service, product recommendations, and lasting customer relationships.
Promote FP Movement events and support their execution with fitness and wellness partners.
Use technology to stay informed about events and special offers in store and online.
Exercise sound decision-making and multitasking while prioritizing customer service.
Help manage the store environment, including team energy, daily zones, and sales.
Teach and share product knowledge, brand messaging, and effective customer-interaction practices using available resources.
Support daily office procedures, store operations, and store maintenance.
Coordinate shipment processing, restocking, and product placement while maintaining visual and display standards.
Ensure omni-channel orders are processed accurately and on time.
Follow safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, reduce product loss, and uphold company policies and procedures.
Support an inclusive, people-first environment and encourage open dialogue and follow-through among employees.
Stay current on communications, share information with the team, and participate in daily meetings and check-ins.
Remain open to feedback, develop new skills, and contribute optimism, positivity, and proactive problem-solving.
Guide and develop the Stylist team and pursue personal development and professional growth.
