About The Position
The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The role models strong customer-service behaviors and uses coaching and mentoring skills to help the sales team provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized service while meeting sales and customer-service targets. The Key Holder performs opening and closing duties on a rota basis and completes essential start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation. This role is suited to an ambitious retail self-starter seeking a first supervisory opportunity and a long-term career in prestige beauty.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
