About The Position
Jo Malone London is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. The Key Holder will lead by example, using coaching and mentoring skills to model the behaviors expected of the sales team and provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales and customer service targets. The role includes carrying out essential start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store on a rota basis. It is suited to an ambitious self-starter with previous retail experience who is looking for a first supervisory opportunity and a potential first step toward a long-term career in prestige beauty. Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
