About The Position

The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The role models excellent customer service and sales behaviors, coaches and mentors the sales team, and helps achieve sales and customer service targets. Responsibilities also include start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This role is positioned as an opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with retail experience to gain supervisory experience and develop a long-term career in prestige beauty.

Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
