About The Position
Jo Malone London is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. The Key Holder leads by example, using coaching and mentoring skills to model behaviors that help the sales team provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets. The role includes essential start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. It is presented as an opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with retail experience who is looking to gain an initial supervisory role and develop a long-term career in prestige beauty. The position is part-time in Bellevue, Washington. The anticipated hourly range is $19.39 to $32.31, depending on factors including experience, skills, education, budget, and geographic location. The role is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
