About The Position

Uniform Advantage is hiring a part-time Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. The role includes assisting with store opening and closing, processing sales transactions, merchandising, and customer support. The position pays $16.00 per hour starting, offers 15–20 hours per week, and includes a monthly bonus opportunity. The role may involve occasional offsite retail events such as pop-ups.

Requirements

• Retail sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must pass background screening, drug test screening, and an assessment test.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendations.
• Operate the POS system for sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
• Maintain store organization, stocking, and visual merchandising.
• Support pricing updates, promotions, and displays.
• Handle multiple customers and tasks during busy periods.
• Assist with occasional offsite retail events (pop-ups).
