About The Position

Uniform Advantage is hiring a part-time Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. The role includes assisting with opening and closing the store, processing sales transactions, merchandising, and supporting customers. The position pays $14.00 per hour starting, with a monthly bonus opportunity, and is scheduled for 15–20 hours per week. The role may include occasional offsite retail events (pop-ups).

Requirements

• Retail sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background screening, drug test screening, and an assessment test.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, climb, and move merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support.
• Help customers select products, determine sizing, and receive recommendations.
• Operate the POS system for sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
• Maintain store organization, stock, and visual merchandising.
• Support pricing updates, promotions, and displays.
• Handle multiple customers and tasks during busy periods.
• Assist with occasional offsite retail events (pop-ups).
