Kennel Technician
About The Position
Biggest Little Paws in Sparks, Nevada, is seeking dependable, hardworking and efficient full-time and part-time Kennel Technicians. This fast-paced, physically demanding, cleaning-focused position involves maintaining a clean and safe facility, providing dogs with basic daily care, and assisting with kennel operations. Reliability, integrity, work ethic and willingness to learn are valued more than prior experience. Pay is $18 per hour plus tips, currently about $1–$2 per hour in cash and card tips; tips are not guaranteed. Shifts run from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, with schedules of one to three of those days per week. Opportunities for growth within the company are available.

Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kennels, play areas and facility spaces.
- Pick up dog waste and maintain clean play yards.
- Feed and water dogs and provide basic daily care.
- Safely rotate dogs between kennels and play groups.
- Supervise dogs and monitor their behavior.
- Follow safety, cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with daily kennel operations.
