About The Position

Join Southwind’s Field Sales & Service Team at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Denver, Colorado. This full-time role combines on-site sales with physical junk removal work. Customers have already contacted the company to solve a problem; the employee builds trust, provides an estimate, prices the job, and closes the sale while delivering a strong service experience. No junk removal experience is required, and training is provided. The position offers an opportunity to develop practical sales skills and may lead to advancement in sales, operations, recruiting, or people development.

The schedule is four to five shifts per week, with shifts lasting 8–10 hours. Typical start times are 7 a.m. or noon, depending on business needs. Weekend availability is required. Pay is listed as $27–$30 per hour, with profit share, tips, and a $15.50 hourly figure also noted in the posting. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
