About The Position
We're looking for a motivated Junior Talent Solutions Associate to join our team. In this entry-level role, you'll support the full recruiting lifecycle — sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates — while helping build and maintain relationships with client companies looking to fill open positions. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to both recruiting and client-facing work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Requirements
- Associates/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking and managing competing priorities
- Interest in recruiting, staffing, HR, or client relationship management
Nice To Haves
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service is a plus
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for open roles across multiple client accounts
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Assist in matching qualified candidates with client needs and job requirements
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand hiring needs
- Support outreach efforts to attract new candidates and expand talent pipelines
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist senior team members with client meetings, job postings, and market research
